Rose Hill Farm - Signature Honey

This is our most super exclusive honey - It’s essentially time in a bottle! 

Each jar is sourced from a single frame from a single hive, on a single date.   

This is taking “local” to a whole new level!  

The honey in each frame tastes like whatever was blooming when the bees stored it. For instance, if white clover and chicory were blooming when the bees stored nectar in that particular frame, then the honey harvested with that frame have the floral properties like white clover and chicory. Each frame and thus each jar tastes unique to whatever was blooming where that hive lived during the season that year.

It’s always a wonderful to experience to taste the variety of nature!
